Mobile network coverage

The coverage map is merely an informative nature and does not always reflect the exact fact in nature. The coverage also depends on certain factors on the microlocation.

Novatel is hosted by the largest mobile signal provider in Slovenia, which for many years ensures that their and, consequently, our users are accustomed to using mobile telephony services throughout Slovenia and by hosting around the world. With broadband Internet access, good coverage is even more important, as this is one of two factors that determine the speed of Internet access. The second is the technology supported by your cell phone or the data device to access the Internet.

You can easily download your number to Novatel – keep your number.

If you want to start Novatel Mobil immediately, it is only necessary to conclude a new subscription at our company headquarters.

You will need the following documents:

Natural persons (employees)

 – Valid ID: ID card, passport or driver’s license,
 – Notarized authorized authority from the subscriber and the ID of the SIM card (if the decision -maker is not a subscriber),
 – the tax number information,
 – employment information (full company name, exact address, stationary phone number).

Legal entity

– a decision on the registration of a business,,
– tax number or registration certificate (if the company is a taxable person under the VAT law),
– subscriber personal document: ID, passport or driver’s license,
– authorization of company agent, company stamp (if a person is not a company agent),
– business business if it is new or if there is no indicate from existing documentation whether the company is operating.
Transferring a mobile number allows you to download a mobile number when you change the operator. This means that when you conclude your subscription, you will be able to retain your existing mobile number.The transmission of the mobile number is expected to take one working day. We advise you to check any contractual obligations and services of services at the time of the transmission of the mobile number before transferring the mobile number to the existing operator.
In addition to the documents needed to conclude a subscription at Novatel Mobil, you also need:

a) transfer the subscription number:

– your current operator’s account (may not be over three months old)
– ID (ID card, passport or driver’s license)
Legal entities additional:
– exploration from the court register (may not be older than 90 days or printed from the web portal of the e-government of the Republic,
– authorization to represent

b) prepaid number transfer:

– code PUK,
– 5 EUR (VAT) credit on your prepaid account (the cost of downloading mobile number charged by your current operator)

Operation of services during the transfer of mobile number from Novatel to another mobile operator

From the approved request for the transfer of your mobile number to the actual transfer date (of which you will be notified via SMS), a maximum of three working days may pass. During this time, there may be disruptions in the operation of certain services.
